SHIRAISHI Koichi

Artist(Contemporary Art), Researcher(Human Computer Interaction)

He published kinetic artworks using metal crafts and digital fabrication techniques. His work is characterized by his own performance or audience participation in public space.
He founded "FabLab Kitakagaya" for engaging practical activities with various people in co-creation space.

His current research and development interests include:

  • System developing of handing down knowledges and techniques through the internet
  • Building and installing a sustainable organization structure for co-creation activities
  • Actualizing methods and influence of artwork publishing in public space

白石　晃一

美術家(現代美術), 研究者（ヒューマンコンピュータインタラクション）

金属造形やデジタルファブリケーションの技術を使い機械やコンピューターを組み込んだ彫刻を制作、 自身でパフォーマンスを行ったり、観客参加型のイベントを仕掛け、公共空間を中心に発表を行う。
様々なフィールドにいる人たちと共にプロジェクトを展開・実践するため、デジタルファブリケーションを中心とした様々なツール・技術を使い、誰もが共創できる市民工房「ファブラボ北加賀屋」を共同設立。
